A story of myself, to myself.

Purpose

As a company, we are forever working toward being the most purposeful ecosystem in the world. This means that we grow purpose-driven; committed people — in every conversation, skill by skill, interaction by interaction. That includes this set of posts. Come and share in the lessons we’ve learned in this blog and our other free materials, below.

My life’s purpose is to make work more human.

Change starts within oneself. The pursuit of living up to a personal vision authentically means that its impact naturally flows to others; and from them to other again, in ever-wider circles until the world itself is changed.

My life’s purpose is to create an evolution to the existing paradigm of work (e.g. via being a management consultant) and examples of radically revolutionary re-designed ones (e.g. via founding, designing and serving new organisations).

Toward that end, Cause Corps is an example of a more human non profit; and No Moss is a more human consultancy.

A commitment to the forever.

I believe that this work of creating new ones and progressing existing ones will never be finished, only abandoned. This anti fragile, emergent behaviour is natural and normal for a concept to evolve, survive, and hopefully flourish. I reflect that at this moment, were I to pass instantly from this world, the ideas, ecosystems and structures encapsulated by these organisations would outlive me.
